Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TRIDENT purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at Tridentgymwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us at Tridentgymwear@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: Liquid Hand Chalk.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
