Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and building management. If the package is still missing, contact us at Tridentgymwear@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at Tridentgymwear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
